This session is science based on how a student’s culture wires the brain to organize information, which can be very different in how we teach… This session is not black students compared to white students, but it is about what we can do to be our personal best for all students…this session is not about poverty, parenting styles, or curriculum, but it is about how culture develops the student as a learner…and only the learner can learn. This session could apply to all educators.
